Fall is here!

It may be a bit early for some of you, but in Chicago Fall is definitely here. The air is getting cooler, the leaves in the trees are slowly turning. It makes me feel as though I have been playing hooky, and now it's time to return to work. (And work is always easier to do with a hot cup of cider or a pumpkin doughnut.) Fall is a rare and fleeting moment in Chicago, and must be enjoyed thoroughly before winter bears its teeth.

With all that said, I should probably fill you in on everything that has been, and will be, happening.
I currently have two shows going on:

"Urbs In Horto: 36 views"
September 27th - October 20th
Uptown Arts Center
941 w Lawrence Ave
Chicago, IL
(Lawrence stop on red line)

"All About Colors" Juried Show
October 5th - 30th
Arterie Fine Arts
190 e fifth avenue
Naperville, IL
(Naperville stop on BNSF metra)

I am also currently teaching a figure drawing class at Arterie Fine Arts, in which I plan to cover a range of media from pencil to acrylic/watercolor. You can sign up for individual classes or join me for the whole ride! (Classes are on a pay-as-you-go basis, and you can pay for 1 hr or the full class). Classes are twice a month, fridays 4:30 to 6:30. For complete schedule and information please visit their website HERE

Starting October I will be selling my jewelry through the git shop at Arterie. For now certain pieces are only available at the gallery. Here is a Sneak Peak

If all goes well, I plan on re-opening my etsy shop, and finding other galleries and shops to sell my work! Please contact me if you are interested in purchasing any jewelry, prints, or small paintings! Much of my work can be seen on my website. Shoot me an email at, and I will happily share images of available work or talk requests for commissions. The holidays are just around the corner, and nothing beats a unique, personalized gift!
